APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
DURING COVID-19, ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE VIRTUAL. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO COME IN.
The initial consultation duration may be up to 1.5hrs depending on testing requirements.
Patient MUST bring to every appointment a valid OHIP health card is required.
Bring all patient medications including inhalers, creams and over-the-counter products.
​Medication Testing typically involves TWO visits; the initial visit is a consultation.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

In order to perform skin and breathing tests during your appointment please ensure the following:
No antihistamines, cough and cold medications for 7 days prior to the appointment. Please ask parents to call our office if they are unable to do so.
Patients should not use inhalers on the day of their appointment.
Topical creams and other medications can continue to be used.

Waiting Areas
For the comfort of our families we ask that no foods are consumed in the clinic waiting rooms at all times. If your child needs to eat during their appointment please ask us.

If your child is sick on the day of their assessment, please contact the office to notify us prior to your arrival.
